25# KB.

C. Push ups, 3-4 unbroken EMOM for 5 min.

D. Lemon squeezers, 12-14 x 3; rest 1 min 

14 for all. 


15 min cardio easy. 

Did 15 min on assault bike. HR average was 95. Not sure if this is where it should have been?
