Wasn't feeling it. Managed to convince myself I had to do it about 8pm. In a way it was nice because the temp has dropped to 65.
But, it was dark so couldn't see watch until I stopped each lap. Did it on the track and only looked at watch at end of 400m. Pretty happy with the ability to pace naturally.

Ran the 4 mile time trial.
Shouldn't have put it off.
Legs were tired. Probably wouldn't have been tired if I had done it when it was originally programmed.
Lesson learned.
Total time: 28:44 (average pace 7:11).
Mile 1: 6:53.4
Mile 2: 7:22.4
Mile 3: 7:13.8
Mile 4: 7:14.0
Did it around my neighborhood and had premature where each miler marker was. Maybe a track would have been better to keep first mile under control... looks like they all should have been around 7:12 (if it's possible for me to run that consistently... I usually like to start off a bit faster). Did stop twice (and stopped watch). Very brief stops to fix my shoes.
