A1.  Goblet squat, 6,6,6,6; rest :20 sec

Did this. 44#, 53#, 53#, 53#. 

Tried the 60# DB like you suggested, but couldn't figure out how to hold it properly. I have little hands. :-O

A2.   Lateral band step overs, 8 totalx4; rest 1 min

Did. Used 16" box and pvc pipe 

B1.   V ups, 15x3; rest 30 sec
B2.   Plank, 1 minutex3; rest 1 min

Did these. Struggle bus.

12 walking lunges (no weight)
Single sided suitcase carry ahap :20 sec right arm
Single sided suitcase carry ahap :20 sec left arm
10 air squats

Did this. Used a 44# KB.  Should the weight be touching my leg or complete away from it?

5 min easy bike cooldown

Did this.

:30 sec pancake
banded hamstring stretch
:20 sec spiderman lunge stretch

Did this. Also rolled out that left knee/calf/IT band. Knee slightly sore again and have that weird knot and pain on the upper inside of my quad.
