A.  Dumbbell bench press, 8-10x3; rest 1:30

Did this. Used 20# DBs for each round. 3 rounds of 10. 

B.  Standing dumbbell flies, 8-10x3; rest 1:30 *send video

Did this. 5# plates (10), 10# DBs (8*), 7.2# plates (10#). 
*Wasn't going as high so wasn't sure it was right. Sent video of this one and the 7.2. Dropped down after the 10# in case it wasn't right. 

C.  Front raises with a plate, 10x3; rest 1 min *send video

Did this. Used 15# plate. 3 rounds of 10. 

D1. Dumbbell side bends, 10 reps each sidex3; rest :30 sec
D2. Side plank, :30 secx3; rest 1 min

Did this. Used 25# DB for side bends.  Did side plank on each side (assuming that was right). No problems (little more fatigue on bad shoulder from planks, but not pain).

Did this. Learned where the serrates was. :)
