No problems. Think I can go heavier. 

Warmed up for a bit starting with 105 and working my way up. 

B1.Hollow body hold, :20 secx4; rest :30 sec 
B2.Hollow body arch, :20 secx4; rest :30 sec

Guess I may have to do the time trial since the workout tomorrow involves the time trial time...
