Wasn't feeling it. Managed to convince myself I had to do it about 8pm. In a way it was nice because the temp has dropped to 65.
But, it was dark so couldn't see watch until I stopped each lap. Did it on the track and only looked at watch at end of 400m. Pretty happy with the ability to pace naturally.
