Did this. Used red bands.
B. Prone single sided tricep extensions, 10-12x3; rest 1 min between sets
Did this. 3 rounds of 12. Used 5# plates.
3 RFT:
50 Single unders
25 Sit ups
10 Ring rows
rest 5 min
3 RFT:
Row 400 m
6 Over the rower burpees
12 Box jumps
Did both of these.
Forgot to start watch for first part.
For the second one I used a 16" box.
Time. 8:47.8.
One of the coaches at the gym was helping me with my rowing afterwards (he was helping my friend then offered me tips). Was very helpful and he was super nice.
