A. Goblet squats (dumbbell), 10-12 reps/perfect form@20-30# x3; rest 1 min
Used what I had weight was so it was 35.2#.
B. Side plank, :30-:45 secx3; rest :30 sec between sides
Did this for :30 each round.

12 Alternating goblet lunges, 20# (6 each leg)
12 V ups
Had to use 10# for goblet squats because of how the weights were.
