Tried the row/run workout. In the second round felt like crap. I don't know if it was too hot or what. Sent the HR data.

Run 1 mile
Time: 13:30
Rest 2-3 minutes
Row 1000 meters
Stopped run 300 meters in
Time: 6:12.50
