B.  Weighted Ghd hip extensions, 6-8 repsx4; rest 1:30

All with 15#. 8 reps each round.

12 KB alt goblet lunges 20-35#


2 full rounds + 24 cal assault + 5 Russian KBs 

used 45# for Russian 
35# for goblets 

Felt a bit fatigued on goblet lunges.
