A. Single sided dumbbell push press, 8-10 each side x 3; rest 1:30 between sets. 

15# (10), 20# (10), 20# (8). 

B. Plank, :30 sec x 4; rest 1 min

:30 sec for all.

20 hang dumbbell snatch (didn't do alternating so did 20 total with 15# DB in each arm)
10 chin ups (used a light band).
