Did a workout with a friend.

They were doing Cindy.

I did the first 10 minutes of the following:
5 barbell pull-ups
10 girl push ups
15 air squats

The last 10 minutes I did:
5 barbell pull-ups
10 sit ups
15 air squats.

Completed 20 rounds.
