A.  Push ups, 4-5x5; rest 1:30

Did this. Did girl pushups. Wasn't sure if I'm allowed to do real ones yet.

Run 1 mile
then:
5 Rounds of- 10  Alternating lunges, 10 Sit ups (50 total of each)
then:
Run 1 mile

Did this. Super hot out.
