A.  Front squat, 4x4@65-70# for all sets; rest 2 min

65#, 65#, 65#, 70#. 

B.  Dumbbell continuous walking lunges, 18 stepsx2; rest 1:30

Used 20# dumbbells.

15 Wall ball (same target/weight as last time)
10 Box jumps
Run 400 m@85-90%
rest 2-3 min

Used a 12# wallball and a 9 foot target. First rounds did 10 and 5, then 7, 4, 4, last one did 5, 5, 5.
Limited a little on box jumps. Was wearing running shoes and felt like I was landing hard. 

Round 1: 3:13.9
Round 2: 3:15.5
Round 3: 3:22.7
Round 4: 3:22.1 

Rested 2 minutes and 30 seconds between rounds. 


C1.  10 Heidensx4; rest :15 sec
C2.  12 Lemon squeezersx4; rest 1 min
