A.  Back squat, 5x5; rest 2 min *same weights as last session/send video

75# (5), 80# (5), 85# (5), 85# (5), 85# (5). 
Sent video. Felt like I'm still going too far forward? 

B.  Goblet squat with a 3 sec pause in the bottom, 3,3,3,3; rest 1:30

4 rounds of 3 with 3 second pause. All at 44#. Sent video.

10 GHD sit ups

Did this. Watch was dead so didn't time (oh the horror). 
No problems except one part of the 800m loop literally smelled like sour milk and vomit. It was so disgusting. I was gagging.
