A.  Goblet squat, 5x5 with a 2 sec pause in the bottom; rest 1:30
44# (5), 55# (5), 55# (5), 55# (5), 55# (5)

B.  Back rack reverse lunges, 10 (5 each leg)x3; rest 1:30
3 rounds of 10 all at 55#. 

C.  Plank, :45 secx3; rest 1:30
Did these no problems.

Round 2: 4:27.8 

Sucked at the wall balls. 
Used a 16" box. 

Stretched afterwards.
