Shoulder rehab protocol.


Jump rope 150 singles
40 Alternating lunges (no weight)
30 V ups
Jump rope 150 singles

Did this. Time = 4:19.8

Will do the strength portion (bicep curls and ring rows tomorrow at CFA and then make up one of the running workouts if it's not too slippery).
