 A. bicep curls, 8-10 each side x 3, rest :10 sec between sides/rest 1 min between sets 
15# for all.

B. Side plank, :30-:45 sec x 3, rest as needed 
:45 for all

10 burpees
15 air squats 
50 jump rope singles 

6 rounds plus 10 burpees.
