Round 1: 
  Row: 5:44.1, 2:23.3, 29 s/m 
  Run: 8:20.7 (I'm not sure this was accurate on the watch... maybe it was ). 

Round 2: 
  Row: 5:46.1, 2:24.2, 31 s/m
  Run: I totally messed up the watch somehow and am not even sure what happened. 

Round 3: 
  Row: 5:45.8, 2:24.0, 31 s/m 
  Run: 8:00


I couldn't figure out the best way to do this on the watch because I wanted to make sure I ran exactly a mile and their loop is screwed up. But, maybe I just need to trust the loop and do regular splits on the watch instead of trying to be fancy.
