 A. Pause back squat (2 seconds in the bottom, weight will be a lot lighter), 4-5 reps x 4; rest 2 min

5 reps each time.
65#, 70#, 75#, 75#.

B. Alternating V ups 8-10 into 6-8 lemon squeezers x 4 sets, rest 1 min.
