A. Front squat, 3, 3, 3, 3, rest 2 min 

95# (3), 105# (3) and then realized these were supposed to be front squats... 

45# (3), 65# (3), 65# (3), 65# (3). 
Felt like I wasn't getting my elbows high enough so did not go up in weight.
