7/6

Lat pull down-- 30# (6), 40# (6), 40# (6), 40# (6).
Some pain mid back right side.

Seated Triangle Row - 40# (5), 50# (5), 60# (5), 60# (5).

Tricep Rope pull down-- 4 rounds of 5 all at 20#.

4 x (45 seconds plank, 15 seconds rest, 15 lemon squeezers, 1 minute rest).

Run 2 miles at 7:50-7:55 pace. It was more like 8 minute pace. I may have to start doing these on a track or somewhere I can make sure I'm on pace at the half mile? It was 95 degrees so that may have contributed.


Spent about 20 minutes rolling out and doing stretches.
