A.  Back squat, 5x5; rest 2 min
65# (5), 75# (5), 85# (5), 90# (5), 90# (5). 
Sent video of the last 90#.  Wanted to make sure they were ok before I went up. What weight would be good next time? 

B.  Goblet squat with a 3 sec pause in the bottom, 3,3,3,3; rest 1:30
35# (3), 44# (3), 44# (3), 44# (3). 
I really liked this -- could feel my hips opening up.

For time:
Run 800 m
40 Walking goblet lunges 20#  (20 each leg)
60 Ab mat sit ups
Run 800 m


Time--  12:15. 
Had to use a 26# KB (they don't have 20#)

:30 sec couch
:30 sec sieza sit
Foam roll sides of glutes and quads

Did this.
