Did this. 12" box. Did 35# for first one and 45# for last two rounds. Could have gone heavier.

5 Banded pull ups (heavy band)
30 Cal Assault
5 Banded pull ups (heavy band)
30 Air squats for quality
5 Banded pull ups (heavy band)
Run for max distance in the remaining time
Did this. The run was 1.64 miles.
Used two green bands for pull ups. Felt really easy. They don't have a ton of band variety.
