A.  Eccentric pull ups, 3x4;rest 2 min 

Did this. 3 each round x 4 rounds. 

 B1. Hollow body hold, :20 secx4; rest :30 sec 
B2. Hollow body arch, :20 secx4; rest :30 sec 


Did this.

6 Push ups 
Run 400 m


This was a mess. Used 12# dumbbells and had to switch to girl push ups. I don't know what was wrong.
